Spurs cruise past Rockets on Christmas, 104-115.

The NBA's holiday treat kicked off with hot shooting by Trevor Ariza for the Rockets, but 20 combined points by Tim Duncan and Tony Parker for the Spurs. San Antonio nearly gained a double-digit lead, but Houston caught up and took the lead, 23-27, to end the first period.

Houston's offense sputtered in the 2nd, though, as Spurs retook a 56-42 lead and the third quarter was even worse for the Rockets. Houston went down by 20 points after a stepback three-pointer by Manu Ginobili, who would make another far shot to help solidify the advantage.

Duncan finished with 22 points, Parker with 19, Kirilenko with 14 (on four long balls), Kawhi with 14 & 9 rebounds, Ginobili with 12 (4 threes) and Danny Green with a surprising 8 assists. James Harden scored 22 points, but Ariza cooled off with 9-25 shooting and Dwight Howard's presence was small unlike Terrence Jones who gave 14 points and 12 rebounds.
