Spurs fall to Bucks, 97-113.

In a nightmarish uphill battle, the Spurs were outscored 16-30 in the first quarter, with the Bucks sporting an energy level simply above them. A team can't win with a sluggish effort on both sides of the court. Although San Antonio's defense trimmed the lead to 8, Milwaukee went back up and that was that.

Jabari Parker had a career high 30 points. John Henson had 23 points and 14 rebounds. New Bucks addition Greg Monroe had 16 points and 9 rebounds. And holding
it all together was Michael Carter-Williams, with 12 points and 10 assists.

Kawhi Leonard spearheaded the folly comeback effort with 29 points. Danny Green had 15 off 4 threes, and everyone else struggled, notably Andrei Kirilenko who underwhelmed in a starting role.
